Terms of use
Play the games, have fun, don’t try to break the site.
The service
The games are provided free and “as is”. We try to keep them running and bug-free, but can’t promise either, and we may add, change or retire games at any time.
Acceptable use
Please don’t try to disrupt or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. The games are for personal, non-commercial play.
Ownership
Classic game rules such as Snake or Tic-Tac-Toe belong to everyone. Our code, artwork and design belong to Game Constellation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site. If a game misbehaves, reloading the page is the fix.
